Spring has nearly sprung, and we’re getting excited to see the fresh new seasonal produce – excited that is, to use it to make some awesome dishes here at Lloyd Martin! And in the springtime spirit, we’ve decided to get some fun new event and specials in order. Check out the happenings at our Queen Anne neighborhood restaurant below…
Lloyd Martin is temporarily going away, to be replaced with a pop-up restaurant for ONE NIGHT ONLY! Chicharron will make its debut at 1525 Queen Anne Ave N, for dinner on April 1st (no, this is not an April Fool’s joke). Chicharron will be serving Mexican classic appetizers like Queso Fundido, guacamole, and chips and salsa – as well as three house-made ceviche dishes and about seven different taco combinations. Enjoy Chicharron fare from 4 – 10 p.m. on April 1st only (Lloyd Martin will be back as usual on April 2nd). Visit lloydmartinseattle.com for the menu and details.
Now every Tuesday through Thursday at Lloyd Martin, it’s ‘Social Hour’ from 5 – 6 p.m. We have a bunch of small plates for less than $10, including rabbit pate, our white bean mousse tartine, a ‘wagyu philly cheese steak’, and more. Draft beer is $4 and all wines by the glass are $2 off. Plus, our Vesper and rye Manhattan cocktails are only $8 each! It’s a steal – and a great reason to stop in for some mid-week imbibing to help you make it ‘til Friday.
Another reason to stop by Lloyd Martin mid-week will be our Wine Wednesdays. Starting Wednesday, March 19th (and continuing every Wednesday thereafter unless we change things), guests can purchase select bottles of wine for 30% off. These will be some really nice bottles (regularly priced at $50 and above), so Wine Wednesday is an excellent opportunity to enjoy some really notable wines at a more approachable price.
