We love this time of year, with spring and summer greens, mushrooms, and more fresh local produce to complement specialty meat, fish and other delicious ingredients.
For the gorgeous warm spring days, something refreshing and flavorful is a must. We’re taking bruschetta to the next level with our pulled-to-order mozzarella! It’s warm and as fresh as you can get, served with arugula pesto, basil and olive oil. The LloydMartin Bibb salad is a lovely spring snack, topped with bacon, chives, sunflower seeds and a drizzle of buttermilk dressing.
If you are craving something slightly richer, our Duck Tartine is a tasty dish with robiola, mustard dates, pickled spring leek, and complimented with a lovely shagbark vinaigrette.
For a short time only, before it’s gone, don’t miss out on your chance to bite into our hearty Wagyu Burger. It’s truly one of the most amazing burgers you’ll ever have! We pile juicy shaved ribeye with jus, horseradish cream, caramelized onions and gruyere fondue on our warm housemade brioche bun, and serve the monstrosity with a pile of savory salt and pepper chips.
Speaking of beef – and before it’s gone as well – a special highlight on our menu is the 50-day dry-aged Prime Rib from Niman Ranch in New York. Enjoy a 5-ounce serving with taleggio pommes aligot and an aged balsamic. Yum!
From our fresh Alaskan halibut, to the braised rabbit leg and swordfish, all of our other entrees feature some tasty spring bounty compliments… morels, white truffle, carrots, ramps, snap peas and more!
Behind the bar, Rosé is here! We have a selection of greats, including Gilbert Cellars’ 2015 Wahluke Slope Rosé, Château du Coudray Montpensier 2014 Le Grand Bouqueteau (Chinon), and the sparkling dry Rosé Crémant de Loire from Château Moncontour. We also offer a couple of half-bottles:

Getting into the ‘spirit’ of things, we have a new 12-year aged WhistlePig Rye Whiskey, and two Japanese whiskies in the Iwai Tradition, from Shinshu Mars Distillery. Shane is getting ready to release the spring and summer cocktail menu, with light, refreshing cocktails in the classic tiki style. Look for a tasty rotating juice cocktail!
And don’t you dare skip dessert! We’ve got a Pear Crumble, Ricotta Pie, and this oh-so-amazing brown sugar waffle, topped with sage and lemon ice cream, pine nuts and a thick caramel drizzle!
